Willy Ky, MD, MBA
Board-Certified Ophthalmologist
Dr. Willy Ky is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in adult medical and surgical eye care, with additional fellowship training in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Sophie Davis School of Medicine’s seven-year medical program and earned his medical degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He completed his adult ophthalmology residency at NYU School of Medicine, where he was selected by his peers to serve as Executive Chief Resident. He subsequently completed additional subspecialty training in pediatric ophthalmology at Washington University School of Medicine.
After more than a decade in group practice, Dr. Ky founded New York Eye & Laser in Queens to provide comprehensive eye care for adults and children. He has also contributed to physician education as an assistant professor of ophthalmology at NYU School of Medicine and Northwell Medical Center.
Dr. Ky holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. Outside of medicine, he enjoys running, skiing, and weight training, and has an extensive background in martial arts.

Doctor of Optometry
Dr. Sumin Lee is dedicated to providing patient-centered eye care with an emphasis on clinical excellence, compassion, and personalized treatment.
She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from SUNY College of Optometry and has experience caring for patients in private practices, hospital-based clinics, and specialty eye care settings throughout New York.
Dr. Lee provides comprehensive eye examinations and specializes in contact lens fittings, dry eye management, glaucoma care, diabetic eye disease, and myopia management. Her experience with specialty contact lenses, including scleral and rigid gas-permeable (RGP) lenses, as well as orthokeratology lenses, allows her to offer individualized solutions for a wide range of visual needs.
